| Data recovery service is available for anyone who is unable to access a drive or files on a computer. Files may be recoverable even in the case of inadvertent deletion or a non-functioning drive. After we receive your drive an assessment will be made about the recoverability potential and you will be given a price quote. The assessment is free and without obligation. During all work your hard drive is write protected and no modifications are ever made to any content unless explicitly requested by you.

We offer data recovery service for the following file systems:
- FAT 12
- FAT 16
- FAT 32
- NTFS
- EXT2
- EXT3
- Mac HFS/HFS+
The following drive types are supported :
- IDE hard disk
- SCSI hard disk
- RAID Arrays ( Modes 0,5, etc.)
- Laptop hard disk
- Iomega ZipTM disk and Iomega JazTM disk
- Generic removable disk (Requires drive unit, software, and removable disk).

Service limitations :
- We cannot guarantee the amount of data that can be recovered.
- If we determine that not all data can be recovered, we will call you for your approval before completing the recovery.
- If you decline the recovery, you will not be charged.
- We cannot guarantee the amount of time spent on the recovery.
- Most standard recovery takes no more than five work days, while many may be completed in a day or two.
