The Share IT service is designed for small businesses that need ongoing technical support, but whose needs are not great enough to warrant the expense of maintaining a full-time staff of computer technician(s). The idea behind our new program is for a group of small businesses that are within close geographic proximity to share the expense of maintaining an IT department. We will assign one or more technicians to service your group and to be on constant call during your hours of business. This staff will be available to answer computer-related questions, effect repairs, install new hardware/software, provide advice, etc., for a fraction of what it would cost to hire full-time technician(s) yourself.
Although this program is still in the planning stages, we would appreciate your feedback. We will soon be launching this service in a few select test areas.
